Publications (Intl/ Pak Journal), FCPS Part-1 result, Rs. 500 Bank Draft (In name of Commandant CMH Lahore) any bank (nonrefundable), CNIC copy. 3 x Passport size photographs, Police character verification. Those having foreign qualifications to submit HEC/PMDC/PMC equivalency certificate.
- Incomplete/late applications will not be accepted. The last date for submission is 07 June 2024.
